I have a cloud storage account that is active until December; however, I did not have the device attached to my Eufy account, it was attached to my boyfriend’s. We have now deleted his and made our two devices on the account with my email address on it. However, when I go to tell it in settings to use cloud storage, it is only allowing me to purchase a new plan. Ideas?
