Recently got my first Eufy device, which is the S340 camera. Love the camera, so far, but the day I installed it I opted to pay for Cloud Storage, then after I paid for the year, I tried to get it set up, only to realize that apparently my camera doesn’t work with Cloud Storage. I figured I’d just try to get a refund for the storage, but then bought a Homebase 3, and now I’m wondering if I can use my year or Cloud Storage with the Homebase, but I can’t find where I would actually activate it. When I try to go to Cloud Storage on the app, it just tries to get me to pay again, and doesn’t appear to have anywhere to access what I already paid for. Anyone have advice?
