Hate porch pirates!
You should always schedule a package to be delivered when you’re at home and you also should be racking your package so that you can be there when it’s delivered… especially if it’s a high value delivery 
it appears he is reading the label & them give a peace sign - maybe delivered to thr wrong home. You can see his face, no attempt to hide

I have had my package delivered to the wrong home. Luckily Amazon takes a picture of the porch after it drops it off. I am sure I have looked like this guy a couple of times
