Anybody found a way to make custom alert sounds yet? I can make custom ring tones for my phone, why can I not make custom alert sounds? I want a verbal alert that says catchy things like “back yard” or “driveway”. I have 6 cameras now and can never tell which one is calling me. I know you guys can make this happen.

I too have a seriously urgent need for this facility.
There are internal sound options selectable for each camera in the app, whereby a different ‘ping’ can be associated with each camera but they are seriously infantile and of no real use.
Using the in-built Android Text to Speech facility I have created an audio file which just says “Caution - Security Alert” which can be assigned to the app, but it works when any of my 4 cameras fire up.
I need access to the media file section used by Eufy. Does anyone know if they are embedded in the app or an accessible directory so I can add a few?
I have a horrible fear that I may have to hack in to the app or reverse-engineer it…
[ Which won’t need to happen if Eufy make a simple code modification to also include any files in the …\Phone\Notifications\ folder! ]
Come on Eufy - it is getting pretty good now - don’t spoil it for the sake of a minor tweak!
