Customised notification alerts/sounds

It would be nice to change the alert tone when someone triggers the camera, I’m not sure if I’m getting a news alert or someone’s creeping around my garden.

  • I’d like to choose my own notification sound
  • I’m happy with the one I have!

i only get vibration notification no audible alert have set at default. what is the problem

You may have your phone set to vibrate rather than to make sound.
Otherwise, try going into the eufy app within notifications and make sure that sound is turned on.
