Door sensor and google routines

I have door sensors on all me doors and some cameras. We use Google home devices and have set up routines that work fine if all the doors are closed. The problem occurs when a door is open then the routine just doesn’t work stating that a door is open. This means I have to make sure all doors are closed before I can turn off security in the shed or garage or other it’s pretty annoying. It really seems like eufy aren’t living up to their promises.still can’t use Google devices as sounds for alerts or add a storage device to the homebase etc etc
