I own a Eufy Doorbell T8214 (Firmware 3.1.2.4) and the camera has become extremely slow to respond. Whenever i get an alert it gets stuck for minutes at “decrypting” and it will just stay there for minutes unless i close out that and then try to go to the live view. The alerts have become extremely slow as well, sometimes I do not get an alert for a package drop off or a package pickup until hours after it happens. It is on my wifi network and the connection is solid, but it has become very frustrating how slow it is to respond to someone at the door or even letting me know someone is at the door
I have 2x E340 doorbells and 4xS3 Pro cameras with base station. As appears far to often in the community, I too have extremely long response times on my S25 and Alexa. Its impossible to hold a conversation with the caller (who has usually left before I get notification). More recently numerous false alerts are also occurring too. This setup cost a lot of money, but is basically useless for the major functions that I supposedly purchased. Naturally, I cannot speak positively about the company or these systems when asked. The company needs to get these issues sorted as there are far too many occurrences which will result in significant loss of corporate reputation.

Same here. Plus my blue circle lights up now and I cant get it to shut off
