Doorbell E340 major slowness

I own a Eufy Doorbell T8214 (Firmware 3.1.2.4) and the camera has become extremely slow to respond. Whenever i get an alert it gets stuck for minutes at “decrypting” and it will just stay there for minutes unless i close out that and then try to go to the live view. The alerts have become extremely slow as well, sometimes I do not get an alert for a package drop off or a package pickup until hours after it happens. It is on my wifi network and the connection is solid, but it has become very frustrating how slow it is to respond to someone at the door or even letting me know someone is at the door
