Doorbell T8200 stopped working with Alexa routines

Hi. I’ve a wired Eufy Doorbell - T8200 - which was working fine with an Alexa routine that was triggered by the doorbell detecting motion to switch on some outdoor lights but had stopped working with the routine in the last week or so. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling the eufy Alexa skill, powering off-on doorbell, rebooting router, deleting doorbell from Alexa and re-adding, firmware is up to date, and rediscovering the device in Alexa, but to no avail. It still works if I ask it to show the feed on the echo show so the eufy alexa skill seems good. Strangely another eufy camera when it detects motion still switches on the same outdoor lights via Alexa routine so it seems specific to the door bell. I still receive motion and button press notifications from the doorbell no problem. Anyone have any ideas or prior information why this isn’t working? Could it be eufys servers not working with the doorbell - I.e. they stopped supporting it for Alexa? Thanks for any help. I’ve checked the routines too and they are fine, so simple, enabled etc.

Hi, I have the same issue. Did you get a resolution so that doorbell presses can be notified by Alexa? Thank you.

I have the same problem. Anyone has any updates form eufy?

Does anyone know where I can find the charging port on my T8200s doorbell?
