I have 2 E10 displays. One works pretty well stays connected, the other one constantly loses the feed from the cameras, and will lose the connection to my Wi-Fi. Everything else in my house stays connected so it’s not my Wi-Fi. A lot of times I have to do a restart of the E10 and that might fix it for a little bit, but usually within a few minutes, cameras start dropping. This happens mostly in the live view or in group view when I’m trying to watch for cameras. But sometimes it happens when I’m just monitoring one camera.
Hi, perhaps you can do a test, can you put the 2 monitors possibly side by side, but not too close to each other maybe about 2 ft apart, to see if that one monitor you’re having issues with does the same thing.
This is just to rule out if it’s a Wi-Fi issue.
Hi, could you kindly provide the following information: ![]()
Video or screenshot when the problem occurs (make sure the time can be clearly seen in the picture)
Camera serial number (path: mobile APP → Camera Settings → General → About Device)
Camera log: Eufy APP → Sidebar Menu → About → Upload Log → Device Logs → Authorize and select the device to be checked
Smart screen serial number (path: Smart screen settings → My Device → Device Info)
Log file:
Smart screen log: Drop-down menu → Settings → My Device → Upload log
I have the same issue
Did you ever figure out a solution to this issue? I’ve had the same problem intermittently.
Seems like a lot of people are having this issue with no fix. I can’t use voice through camera and it’s not my wifi or data I’ve tryed to use the voice from several different wifis and still don’t come it. Might catch half a word I say and that’s it…
Hi everyone, bought the smart display 2 days ago and am also getting the same issue…works for 1 day or so…then it keeps retrying, retrying…until it gives up retrying and presents the same message+option across all cameras, which is: “Unable to play the video” and shows a button to “Retry”, which simply makes all cameras loop again…they attempt to load all the stream and will continue to fail miserably…
Same problem…I have opened a ticket with Anker to see what info they provide…spending 200EUR on a tablet which has a custom android+app, and Live view stop working after 1 day or so…is not reasonable…
Let’s see if we get new info…
Same here! Eufy, can we get a fix?
Same here, can we get a fix, Eufy support?
I have the display less than 24hrs and its already got broken 2 times with this issue. And it remains like that until force reboot. This is unstable so much that its practically not usable.
What OS version are you on?
I’m not having same issues with my smart display which is on the V2.9.05
nope

My recommendation for this is to set up a separate Wi-Fi just for your security devices, as well as go in and assign a static IP for the them so they have first priority and dont keep disconnecting. Most of these security devices use an older Wi-Fi protocol at the 2.4 g range that does not support a bunch of devices connected at one time And is easily overburdened. It is not like the 5 and 6 protocol nowadays.
When I first set my devices up in my house, I was also getting glitches and disconnects and then remembered how their network and connection protocol are so I created a separate Network for them and have had no disconnect issues since.
Yea my display always works lat.e. I have it set to turn on when some one comes to the door. But. People come and ring the doorbell and leave before it ever turns on and it’s not wifi
