E10 Constantly refreshing live view or disconnects

I have 2 E10 displays. One works pretty well stays connected, the other one constantly loses the feed from the cameras, and will lose the connection to my Wi-Fi. Everything else in my house stays connected so it’s not my Wi-Fi. A lot of times I have to do a restart of the E10 and that might fix it for a little bit, but usually within a few minutes, cameras start dropping. This happens mostly in the live view or in group view when I’m trying to watch for cameras. But sometimes it happens when I’m just monitoring one camera.

Hi, perhaps you can do a test, can you put the 2 monitors possibly side by side, but not too close to each other maybe about 2 ft apart, to see if that one monitor you’re having issues with does the same thing.
This is just to rule out if it’s a Wi-Fi issue.

Video or screenshot when the problem occurs (make sure the time can be clearly seen in the picture)
Camera serial number (path: mobile APP → Camera Settings → General → About Device)
Camera log: Eufy APP → Sidebar Menu → About → Upload Log → Device Logs → Authorize and select the device to be checked
Smart screen serial number (path: Smart screen settings → My Device → Device Info)
