I have the same issue.
Got it working, had to unplug the home base and restart the smart display, it thought for a little bit then started working.
Its really disappointing
Everyday i have to clean the storage to fix this issue
I’m having an issue to a point where it won’t even connect to the internet. Not sure why
I have the same issue with E340 not connecting with display. It works with phone app. It used to work until I added more cameras. The display can turn off recording, but not stream the doorbell camera anymore although worked once after restarting the display. I’ve tried restarting both the display and the doorbell camera. Sometimes my phone says the camera is offline, but it comes back online when it detects motion. Very frustrating. Thinking of resetting it, which will be a pain if it doesn’t work as will lose all settings.
