Trying to set up our new Eufy 340 doorbell and have downloaded the app. When I go to set up the new device the app says to create a home. However, when trying to create a home upon pressing save the app simply doesn’t save a home and therefore I can’t add my doorbell to the account?? Does anybody know a work around, I’ve tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, even android and apple but nothing seems to work? Kinda wish we’d never bought it now…
