Is it firmware? It says it’s updated to latest version. All the other 7 cameras work fine so the hub is not the issue. I’ve restarted the wifi, the batts ate fully charged. Only thing not done yet is uninstall the eufy app and reinstall. That is next. I’ve never had a problem since buying these in 2023. I live in a very hot sunny state, no humidity and little rain.
Try clearing the eufy apps cache if you haven’t done so yet.
Go to settings on your phone then go to apps. Then find the eufy app, clear the cache to see if that helps.
Check the network, bring the camera closer to the HomeBase to rule out Wi-Fi issue, possibly a new Wi-Fi or interference is present.
If the app has the option in settings for that camera try restarting the device.
Reset the connection: Remove the device (camera) and then re-add the camera to the Eufy app.
These are a few things to try… Good luck.
Just curious the camera that’s giving you issues is it the furthest from the HomeBase?
