Hi,
I am desperate I can´t have working all my Eufy cameras working fine, I have 4 indoor, 4 outdoor, Doobell with HB3 and a Floodlight Camera and all with the same problem, sometimes works fine, but almost all times I can´t open the cameras in the APP, only say “Looking for a Secure Channel” or “Preparing for Video” and never open and then appears the “Retry” button, I clicked it but the same.
I have an internet of 500MB and I have 6 Decos, I switched them to works in Access Point Mode to have more stabilty in my internet connection, because I have more than 80 devices connected, all are working fine and after I put my decos in AP mode the cameras worked perfect only like 3-4 weeks and again I am having the same problem, I can´t open them and see them in the APP, only I can open 2-3 cameras sometimes but the rest only “Looking for a Secure Channel”
This is really desperate because I can´t trust in the cameras when we are out. =(
