Hi,
Just got the E340 Doorbell and when playing back recordings its in slow motion, have checked my internet speed and its at 450mb download. What could be causing this?
When i download the video its at normal speed

Have you tried adjusting the playback settings? If you go to devices in the bottom left (it’s house), then click the 3 dots on the right where it shows the image of what your doorbells is displaying, then the gear symbol on the right, then video settings, then video quality at the bottom, then go into streaming quality and adjust as needed. Keep in mind that if you subject the high setting you could have some lag of you internet speed dips at all, so for this very reason I tend to keep it on auto. If there’s something I really need to review I can go back to the recording.
Also, at the bottom you’ll notice there is an option to select the preferred recording quality when you are watching the camera live and I personally keep this at the recording quality, which I have set to the highest setting.
