Eufy glitch?? A clip that should have appeared the evening prior (6/20) shows up spliced with another video at 12:45AM 6/21. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Yup more so recently. Don’t know what is going on if it’s my home base going bad , the hard drive getting old or another Eufy glitch !!!. I’ve had alot of recording issues get notifications but the videos are gone, some things not recording at all, and some videos recording a person then suddenly they just disappear from the recording. Also video footage from different times appears. So tired of constantly resetting cameras and the home base. Most annoying is when i go to view a notification event it backs up the footage over a minute and i have to wait for the detection to appear in the video this seems to happen only on my E330 pro cameras that are recording 24/7 but not on all of them. There isn’t any settings to change. Maybe Eufy support will read this and comment please

You can still see the light from the building in the “spliced” image, so the camera is still recording the same scene, however the date and time stamp are later the next day. There is a selection to allow a pair of cameras to follow a subject and present a composite but not like this. I suggest the Home Base got confused and put the two files into one.
