Video got skipped frames, happens intermittently. Any one else have this issue?

I turned the four second pre-recording off and it seemed to fix mine

I have this happen with some of my cameras too all different models are doing it

Yep. Amongst many other unfixed issues Eufy are well aware of.
Spent 5 weeks dealing with them and actually it turns out I know more than they do.
The whole lot was returned as got got so peed off with their lip service of lies saying they’re working on it.
Gone with a Synology setup now.

That’s not available on all products. Having expanded to a 2.5 SSD of very high quality this shouldn’t happen at all

Currently dealing the the S340 not tracking objects/people at certain angles/speeds. This is highly annoying. I’m told “Your case remains under priority review, and rest assured, we are committed to resolving this as swiftly and effectively as possible.”

Hey Sha, yes I had the same for 5 weeks. The exact words. It’s just bull :poop: They have no intention of fixing stuff. It’s actually getting worse. Last update I now have no mobile alerts and auto response messages don’t play, which was a saving grace as previously to this the delay was about 5 mins.
Get more reliable stuff off Temu :rofl: honestly.

Also had this issue. Raised with eufy support? If so what did they say

I can pretty much guess what they’ll say :rofl: and don’t expect it to be fixed. They good your money and any uploads you’ve provided and they’ve got what they want and screw the rest of us

I’m starting to see the same. I have bought two S340 Solocams. Having problems with tracking with both. Still an open case with them, which is so-called under priority. This has been over a month

Yep seems to be an issue thought maybe it’s WiFi slowing down…
