I have homeBase S380 with 4 cameras

suddenly, all the Camers stopped working and unable to connect, I have cheaked the internet everything is working fine.

so, I reset the Homebase with no chance, but I have noticed that If I reconnect any of the cameras its working fine since it very closes to the homeBase , if I take it far more than 20cm away it will stop working (offline)

Knowing that it was working while it was 15 meters away.
all cameras with full charge with same issue.
I tried to connect the Homebase to WiFi with no luck

it seemed that the WiFi in the homebase not working properly

so, any advise please…

did you try restarting your modem?? Sometimes just “restarting “ doesn’t work as well as unplugging it for a few minutes either the home base or modem. I have my home base plugged into a smart plug that when i have issues I can remotely power cycle it.

Is your home base connected to the modem via a ethernet cable or is it also running on WiFi? Best if you can have it plugged in with a network cable.
