Eufy Smart Display E10 doesn’t show Doorbell anymore

Hello everyone,

I’m using the Eufy Smart Display E10 together with my Eufy Doorbell (T8210C). Everything worked perfectly for months — whenever someone rang the doorbell, the live view appeared automatically on the Smart Display.

Since a few days, the doorbell no longer shows up on the Smart Display, although it still works perfectly fine in the Eufy Security app.
In the Smart Display, I can still see the Chime, but it shows “0 cameras connected”, even though the doorbell is clearly linked and working in the app without any issues.

I already tried the following steps:

  • Reset the Smart Display, Doorbell, and Chime to factory settings
  • Reconnected all devices to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
  • Checked for the latest firmware updates

Unfortunately, the issue persists. My Floodlight Cam still appears correctly on the Smart Display — only the doorbell has disappeared.

I’ve already contacted Eufy Support and am currently waiting for a response, but maybe someone here has experienced the same problem or found a workaround.

I’m having the same issue. Not sure if it was a recent update or what.

I am having the exact same issue as you with the smart display and the T8210C doorbell. I believe the recent update to the e10 display caused this issue.
I still am waiting for a response also.

Today’s update fixed the issue where the Doorbell wasn’t showing on the Smart Display - it’s now visible again.

However, the Auto Live View still doesn’t work when someone presses the doorbell. Before the update everything worked perfectly.

Hello, same here. No Auto Live View and no ringing at the display, when pressing the doorbell;
but I have not noticed an Update.
