Eufy2 pro not detecting all people

Hi there, i recently got the Eufy2 pro set of 4 cameras for my house. I’ve never had security cameras before, I’m wondering if it backs up onto a computer at all?

Also, the cameras pick up almost all people however when we’ve been away from the house we’ve had 2 seperate occasions when people have come to the house by the cameras didn’t detect or record. The second time we were on holiday with little phone/internet service. Is this normal?

Hi, what’s your backup requirement? Do you want to backup forever or for months? And is your Homebase the Homebase2 or Homebase3?

If it is Homebase3, you can add hard drive which can up to 16TB.
