eufyCam Pro 2 - a lot of problems

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these products.
Last summer I bought a 3 + 1 EufyCam Pro 2 kit (Homebase 2 and 3 Pro 2 cameras). One year later, a month ago, one of the cam collapsed. After a night when it rained harder, the next day, the camera could see in the fog, it stopped focusing and the anti-theft sensor did not respond. I changed the warranty and the one I received came with another firmware. If I initially had 4.6.8, the new one came with 4.1.4 and does not want to be updated above. Okay, that wouldn’t be a major issue as long as it works. Unfortunately, 2 days ago, also, after a heavier rain, another cam fail, with the same symptoms. I also sent this one for warranty, but my question is: are these IP67 cameras waterproof or not?!?!
In the meantime, I bought an identical kit, but it has firmware 3.8.4 on all cameras. I put one of these new cameras in place of the broken one and now I have 3 cameras with 3 different firmware.
Another issue is how to view live. I would like to be able to see several cameras simultaneously, both in the mobile application and in the web browser on the mysecurity cloud. Regarding this page, more does not work than works. Most of the time it doesn’t work.
Dear Eufy gentlemen … if any of you read these messages, please listen more heartily to the opinion of the buyers. Otherwise, no matter how good the products are, without proper support, you will soon lose them. I’m already making plans to switch to another brand.

Same problem after heavy rains, the camera disconnected and can’t be reconnected in any ways.
