Only had the new unit for 2 days
The doorbell was working perfectly alerts to our phones and recording each entries and exits. Was able to view events on the app
Today again we were getting alerts and playback until this afternoon. When I look at the app no events were accessible for today. I am still able to see clips from yesterday but today it’s all blank. Why would this be the case??
The unit is a Homebase 2 DoorBell
