Check your network connection:
Ensure your Homebase 3 and doorbell have a strong Wi-Fi signal
Restart your router and Homebase 3
Same issue here - I get 801 error when trying to save a Quick response. I’ve reset the homebase but got the same error even after that. I have full signal and can view video stream without any issues. I’m assuming it’s a software issue / bug.
