Floodlight Cam LiveView not working since Firmware update

Unable to live stream Flood Light Cam since auto firmware update.
Able to record motion and review but just cannot live stream, says establishing secure connection then times out.

My other devices Cam 2C, Floodlight Cam Pro all normal.

Have tried restarting, removing and re-installing but still the same problem.

Engineers please provide a solution / software update to resolve this issue ASAP!

Same here. It’s extremely annoying. I have 5 Eufy devices (2 original floodlights, 2 2K floodlights and an indoor camera) and the others work fine. The 2 non-2k floodlights are worthless at this point, I get the notification but can’t see the live feed. If they don’t fix it soon I’ll probably switch to a different brand.

Hey guys I have the same issue, ever since the last firmware update I’m having floodlight cam issues on all 6 floodlights same as you all are reporting, no live feed unless I mess with it for 5 minutes or wait past 4 timeouts. I contacted eufy and they opened a trouble ticket I suggest you guys do the same thing so they can speed up and push out another firmware update. I love how the systems work this is just an unfortunate period of time where we have to be patient and let them fix it but it should be a priority for eufy to get this done. Open trouble tickets would be my recommendation, they’re very nice on the phone and there’s no wait to speak to a rep. Good luck.

Exact same issues - why haven’t they fixed this yet?!? It is obviously a know problem.
