After installing the Floodlight E340, it will only record events. I have my Home Base connected to Ethernet, I am getting full bars for a strong connection, App, Home Base, and light are all up to date with updates. Have tried restarting Home Base, turning light off and back on, reinstalling the camera. However, the option to turn on Continuous Recording 24/7 is not showing in video settings as it should be.
Does anyone have some sugestions?

Under your floodlight settings there is a Homebase Connection tile. Under that tile is where you enable continuous recording. You may find that for some reason the floodlight cam is not connected to the Homebase as you believe.

I check under Home Base connection and yes it is connected, and I did find 2 options there for continuous recordings and events. My light is now recording continuously. I had seen on YouTube video reviews of this light, with the setting for contiguous recording located under the video settings. This is why I was confused about this setting.
