Goodbye Old Cam. Hello Hybrid Security.

Farewell, trusty eufyCam S3 Pro! You’ve been an absolute guardian for the past times. From capturing countless cute squirrel antics to giving me peace of mind while away, you’ve served me well. But the time has come to upgrade, and the new eufyCam S4 is calling my name!

While the S3 Pro’s picture is great, I’m incredibly excited for the S4’s auto-zooming and tracking capabilities. The idea that it can actively follow an unexpected visitor across my yard in HD is a game-changer for security. I also can’t wait to experience the “Hybrid Security” that covers a wider area seamlessly, ensuring not a single blind spot is left unguarded. It’s tough to say goodbye to a reliable piece of tech, but I’m ready for the smarter alerts and 24/7 intelligent tracking that the S4 promises. Here’s to the next generation of protection

I would love to upgrade my camera protection in this section of my house. Currently I have 3 cameras that cover from my carport to my back Door but still cant get all the angles. I have 2 s330’s and a reolink in this area, but would love to up my security game. I would also love to swap out my other s330’s that surround the rest of my house. I always love testing out the latest and greatest and that’s what the S4 looks like to me!

I’m looking forward to start a new adventure by upgrading to the EufyCam S4 from my old camera because it offers a stronger balance of reliability, convenience, and advanced features something my old camera does not have. The sharper video quality, extended battery life, and improved motion detection give me more confidence in my home security while reducing the hassle of constant upkeep. the S4 makes everyday monitoring both easier and more dependable, ensuring I stay protected with modern technology that fits my lifestyle.

Thank you.

I want to upgrade from the EufyCam S220 to the S4 because it offers stronger all-around security. The dual-camera system means I can always keep a wide 4K view while also tracking details with the pan-tilt lens. It reduces blind spots, improves night vision, and supports continuous recording with solar or wired power. Overall, the S4 gives me clearer footage, smarter detection, and more peace of mind.

Farewell to my Eufycam S220, it’s been great fun with it this far  .

I want to upgrade from the EufyCam Video Doorbell 2K (battery powered) to the EufyCam S4 because the S4 offers higher video quality, enhanced night vision, more reliable connectivity, and better motion detection. It also has longer battery life and more integrations for smarter home security.

Farewell to my video doorbell 2k(batterypowered), it has really done a very good job over the past 6yrs keeping watch of my front door :door:.

Here’s my trusty eufyCam S3 Pro - time to say goodbye! This camera has been solid, catching everything from package deliveries to backyard wildlife. It’s been great, but I’m really excited about upgrading to the new eufyCam S4.

The auto-zoom and tracking feature is what really sold me - imagine it actually following movement around the yard instead of just staying in one spot. The improved HD quality and smarter alerts will be huge for those times when I’m away from home. Plus, the 24/7 monitoring gives that extra peace of mind. It’s tough retiring a camera that’s worked so well, but the S4’s features seem like a proper upgrade. Ready for that wider coverage and smarter security!

Dearly beloved, we gather here today to say farewell to our loyal, if occasionally glitchy, companion — the seven-camera Amazon Blink 4 Surveillance System. For years, it stood vigilant, alerting us to every passing moth, wayward leaf, and suspicious shadow at 3 a.m. It gave us false hope with its “Live View” buffering wheel, electronic interference noises and empty promises of reliable Wi-Fi. It’s been the cause of many late night/early morning step counting sessions for the loyal police officers. When it did operate correctly, it received many “1 Finger Salutes” for interrupting plans to plunder and destroy.

But alas, its time has come. The batteries have gone to sleep, the sync module blinks no more, and the cloud subscription has finally expired. Today, we release it from endless notifications and unhelpful firmware updates. Rest easy, dear Blink. I’m moving on — to brighter lenses, stronger signals, and a future where “motion detected” actually means something.

Here’s a final salute to my loyal eufyCam S3 Pro! You’ve been a real trooper through all kinds of weather, and I’ll miss seeing your familiar face in the corner of the yard.

But I have to be honest—the moment I heard about the eufyCam S4’s auto-zoom and tracking, I was sold. The thought of it smoothly following someone across the driveway instead of just staying still? That’s next-level. My S3 did its job well, but the S4 feels like it’s actually thinking ahead. Smarter alerts, wider coverage, and true 24/7 monitoring… it’s exactly what I need to feel even more secure.

So thanks for the memories, S3—but I’m ready to let the S4 take over watch!

Goodbye old friend! You’ve served me well over the years, but it’s time for an upgrade. My current camera struggles with blind spots and often misses important activity, especially at night or when motion happens quickly. The eufyCam S4 sounds like the perfect solution with its dual-direction coverage, smarter alerts, and 24/7 guard. I’d love to capture every detail with confidence, knowing I can finally keep my home and loved ones fully protected. Excited for clearer footage, reliable tracking, and the peace of mind this advanced camera brings!

out with my indoor camera e30 eufy and definitely want an upgrade to the eufy cam s4!! I would love to upgrade for the following reasons:
• Less worry about missing something — When someone steps outside a fixed view, the system will follow. So less blind spots.
• Better “eyes at night” — More usable video at low light, better chance you can see faces, colors, etc.
• Lower maintenance — Solar + battery reduces how often you need to take the camera down for recharging.
• Fewer false alarms / fewer useless notifications — Smarter sensors and AI reduce noise.
• More control & privacy — Local storage, optional hub, fewer cloud dependencies. For people who don’t want monthly fees, that’s a big plus.
• Deterrence built in — Lights and siren can actively dissuade intruders, rather than just record after the fact

I often worry about blind spots or someone sneaking from a side or back. The ability of PTZ to follow + a fixed bullet cam keeps that possibility low.
•	I want deterrence (lights / siren) rather than just passive recording. That can discourage trouble before it happens.
•	I hate frequent recharging / want low maintenance. Solar helps a lot.
•	privacy & local storage matter. If you don’t want to rely on cloud storage, the S4 gives more local control.

I currently have a few eufy cameras in my new home. The S340 camera in said system has issues and hopping the new efuyCam S4 battery / solar will fix said issues. The powered cameras work well in the house but need something that covers the FULL front yard. I will stick the S340 in the back yard.

Eufy Security SoloCan S340

I currently have two S340 Eufy Cameras for my home usage and even have 4 for my business. They are a great deterrent in keeping our company and home safe since we’ve had a few close calls. However, it has a great 3k Resolution and I always tune in remotely to my camera on the app.
Sometimes though, the tracking is not as great as I expected. There are moments where a person can end up in various blindspots..in which I hoped the camera would follow them to try and get a view of the person at least

My son studies Cybersecurity so he is always pestering me about both physical and digital security. Overall though, these are great cameras and had a lot of positive reviews which is why I bought them. I’ve been putting them to great use. The UI and functionality that these cameras have is a lot better than ones I have installed and used in the past.

You’ll products don’t work, even for free its not worth it

Excited to retire my old wyze cameras for The latest tech in security cameras. I have been overdue on replacing them and I think the S4 mounted outside is exactly what I’ve been looking for instead of installing a NVR system. Using eufy would also collapse my tech systems into one versus multiple brands. I already own many eufy devices like the doorbell and many exterior cameras

Goodbye old eufy,
I can’t wait for the new line of cameras to release. I get awesome images from this but I need a ptz cameras for the new house. New cameras versatility and ability to see all directions at once is a huge selling point. I’m a huge eufy fan and this will work well with my others in my system. I don’t know how you don’t but the night vision on this camera looks even better then before.

This old floodlight had served me well for home security, but it’s time for an upgrade. The eufyCam S4’s dual direction coverage would be a game changer for monitoring both my driveway and backyard simultaneously. I’m especially excited about the auto zoom and tracking features. My current setup misses too much action when motion happens at the edges. Plus, the smarter alerts would cut down on all those false notifications from neighbor cars! The monitoring capability is exactly what I need to finally have complete peace of mind about my property security.

I’m just at the point where any camera that is better than the one I got I’ll be grateful for I live in a neighborhood where this would really be beneficial to me.
