Got this camera that is in full sun but isn’t charging now via solar panel. It is about 6 weeks old. I’ve done a soft reset by holding the sync button for a couple of seconds till it beeped. Any ideas before I connect eufy support?

Hi, I know the battery cameras have safety features.
If the temperature of the camera is too hot or too cold they won’t charge to protect the battery, also when the battery does get fully charged or almost fully charged the protection circuitry will stop charging the battery and then when the battery percentage lowers to like 25 to 40% it will begin charging again, that’s is for keeping the battery healthy as it needs to cycle ~ discharge and recharge.
Keeping the battery constantly charged at a 100% will damage the battery.
Just keep an eye on the charging status.
