Has anyone had

Has anyone had any issues adding the door bell chime to Wi Fi?

I have a C30 wireless doorbell (battery powered) door bell chime and using Homebase 2, but just can’t seem to add the doorbell bell chime to my wi fi. I am at the point of returning it.

I have tried everything:

Rebooting wi fi
Rebooting door bell chime
Moving chime to different power sockets closer to the router
Ensuring router is using solely 2.4 broadcast channel
Selecting fixed, not rotating setting on router
Used the correct Wi Fi password

Every time I get the message, unable to add door bell chime to Wi Fi.

Is there something I am doing wrong, or haven’t done? I am sure that these two items can work together?

Any help appreciated in trying to fix this issue.

Not sure but i think some wireless chimes need a Eufy USB dongle plugged into the back of home base to send a signal to the remote chime. You would think it would come with a wireless chime unit. Call Eufy support they are very helpful from my experience with them. If you go to settings then to the bottom there are phone numbers for different regions some are even on weekends. I’ve called before and after being on hold for a few minutes a option comes on for them to call back when next available and they always have.

Many thanks for your reply, I did manage to sort it out in the end by disabling the firewall on my router.
