Hello Eufy Family,
Quck question…last year when I set up my mom’s Eufy Security system, when a contact sensor for the front or back door opened, she received a verbal Front Door or Back Door alert on her Alexa device.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why it stopped and how to get it working again.
HELP!!!

I think you have to start from scratch. Delete the skill and then go through the adding and connecting process. It is an Alexa fault, the same happened to me for my Eufy doorbell
