Hi, can anyone help with the loss of notifications.

I have the Honor V12 Magic.

I have the E40 battery cams and doorbell.

I loose notifications within a 24hr period and the only way to get them back is to turn the phone off then back on.

I have done all the usual by turning battery saver off and allowing notifications etc.

I run the Reolink app with battery cams and this does not turn off notifications.

Maybe the eufy app is being killed from running in the background after a while and or it’s data usage is being restricted?

I would check to see if that is happening, I don’t know how you would find it on your phone. Possibly do a Google search~
