Hi everyone

Hi everyone, I need your help with my Eufy S380 HomeBase.

The device was working perfectly before, and it’s connected to an external 5TB Seagate HDD (model ST5000LM000).
It still shows 3.11 TB used out of 5.00 TB, and the storage is recognized in the app without any error.

But recently, it stopped recording new videos from the cameras.
Here’s what I checked already:
• The hard drive appears normally in the app.
• There’s still plenty of free space (around 1.89 TB).
• All motion detection and recording settings are ON.
• Local storage is selected.
• No error messages or warnings.
• I restarted the HomeBase and cleaned the device.
• I have 9 cameras connected, and none are saving recordings now.

The Video Archive doesn’t show new footage.

It feels like the system is working, but it just stopped saving videos for some reason.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what might be wrong or what I should try next?

Thanks in advance!

Stange I’m sure you have checked but are all the cameras connected to the home base? And live view working? Not sure if you’re Home base came originally with a 1TB hard drive but if it did try reinstalling that and do a test. I bought a long time ago a5TB. and had issues with it being glitchy and had to remove and put the original drive back but it would record but video was jumpy
