Hi everyone,

Today I have installed the Eufy E340 Video doorbell and the add-on WiFi chime with 138 gb micro SD card installed. I have noticed all video is being saved directly on the doorbell storage and not the chime storage. How do I have all the video saved to the chime storage? Does the chime only save video once the doorbells storage is full? Both the chime and doorbell are paired correctly with my WiFi. Any info is helpful. TIA!

Hello, did you add it as a MiniBase Chime in the app?

Now, open the Settings for the Doorbell and then tap on the HomeBase Connection box.
You’ll see: Doorbell can join HomeBase ecosystem… Tap on continue and then it’ll ask you to add a HomeBase, then just select the MiniBase Chime.
