Hi
I just bought eufy Video Doorbell C31 from Costco and inserted SD card in chime for recording which is inside house. But it doesn’t save any events or video after i get alert that human is in front door. How to fix this issue? Anyone has suggestions.

Hi, make sure it’s set to record…
Open the app and tap on the Security shield at the lower bottom right.
Tap on your device if it shows it, the next screen will show Home. Away. Custom.
The mode you’re in will be highlighted, tap on the cog wheel to open the settings.

I inserted SD card in chime which doesn’t save any events after motion detected.

Okay I think I understand what you mean. I believe that the chime is just an add-on so that when someone presses the doorbell button the chime will sound.
Your doorbell cannot record to The chimes SD card, that option is not available. The doorbell can only record to the SD card that is in the doorbell.
Only certain model doorbells will work and record onto the chimes SD card.
