I recently bought a Eufy Solo S340 (Pan&Tilt) camera, but unfortunately, I can’t seem to find the privacy mode. I’d like to be able to turn the camera towards the wall when I’m at home.
I’ve tried both with and without the Homebase 3 system, but there’s no option to enable it. Does anyone know where I can find this option?

Do you mean the S340 outside camera? If so it doesn’t have a privacy mode. You could maybe set a preset position pointing at the wall and then select that every time when you are at home.
If you mean the Indoor Cam S350, that has an eye icon when you go into setting, tap on it and select Turn On. You can also do this from the Home screen on the app by selecting the eye icon in the top right
This feature would be handy when we’re sitting on the terrace. A camera staring at us makes us uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, when I enable the preset position and then close the app, it turns back to the default position. There needs to be more features from Eufy to suit our needs and maybe a lot more.
