How do I retrieve and view the video clips stored on the Eufy home base station?
This is for Android devices. I assume apple devices are similar.
Open the Eufy security app.
Go to the bottom of the page to the Events tab.
The Events tab defaults to the current day and shows all events for that day.
To see older records, click on the date and you will see the current month’s records.
Days with events show with a dot below them. Click on the day to see all records for that day.
Use the arrow keys to move forward or back a day.
Currently, Eufy only keeps 90 days of history. That was implemented to satisfy European data regulations.
