I have successfully pair/connected my 2k battery doorbell 3 times now. After about 3 -4 days each time, the doorbell device goes missing as a connected device on the Home Base2 and stops showing as if it had never been connected.
I never receive any notifications, the device just falls off and I have to reinstall it.
Is this happening to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated.
