The Home base 2 for my video doorbell has lost power. Ive tested electrical socket and it’s fine. Tried other electrical equip in socket and its ok and tried Homebase plugged into different socket. I suspect either Homebase is broken or the fuse has blown in the plug. Is there any way to open the plug so I can check the fuse?

Sorry to hear that. The plug and cord are sealed so no access. I think you can buy a new power cord on Amazon just do a search “power supply cord for Eufy home base 2” I’ve seen them on USA Amazon. Cheap enough worth trying. But sad to say it is probably the base itself good opportunity to upgrade to home base 3
Also if you read the specifications on the plug itself (in regards to the voltage) you might have some other appliance around your house that is identical and you can try it just make sure it has the same specifications
