Call Eufy support through settings in the app bottom of screen tap on help gives you phone numbers by region they can help. I also did a search on amazon 
and they have ones that say compatible with S380 just make sure it’s correct for your country. I searched Eufy home base 3 power adapter. Probably the same for home base 2 just search for that one
