Hi, my new eufy system (homebase+3 2c cam) is connected to the 4G router (sim card), network is good but cameras show live video only if my phone is connected by wifi. If I try to connect by remote eufy camera says it is impossible to connect homebase (-3) but it send notifications about presence. I’m going crazy with this issue… Changed router also but I didn’t solve the problem!
I have the same system in my other house and works well (Lan). Do you have any tricks to solve?
