I have been using homebase2 with 5 eufycam cameras for 3 years. Accessing or live streaming via the eufy app in the WIfi and 4G phone network both used to work well until just a few weeks ago. Now I cannot live stream or access any of the cameras when the eufy app is on 4G/5G network (however when in WIFI, it works just fine as it has always been). I’m using samsung phone and it’s been the same for more than 2 years so live stream eufy camera in the eufy app was working fine.
I also tried accessing the eufy cam via the webportal from a laptop, it cannot connect to any of the cameras. I get error message Unable to Connect Homebase if I try on the 4G network. If accessing from webportal, it keeps trying Establishing Secure Connection but it never connects. There has been no change in my wifi router or no change in my samsung phone other than just the usual updates.
Movement notifications still work both on Wifi and can be received on the phone even when on 4G network.
