What night vision do you use? I realized the one camera that was still recording continuously was on B&W while the others were on color night vision. Then I switched those back to B&W and they started recording continuously again!

Same issue. Only 2 of 3 cameras have it. I’ve only had direct HB3 connection. Now I’m changing to multi-bridge to see if it fixes it. Will know tonight.

That’s interesting @Home13020 have you tried switching cameras back to color night vision to see if 24/7 recording will work again now?
Same here for S380 Homebase (with 2TB SSD and free space left) (version 3.6.4.3, deployed 25 Feb 2025 at 03:41 local Amsterdam time. This was also the day the recording stopped at 20:39.. perhaps off-setted by the early morning install. So 3:41 hours recording with previous firmware, and then +17 hours and a bit.
I have 2 Eufycam professional (cable powered, WiFi connected) camaras running system version 1.0.4.0, subsystem 18137. Both use B&W night vision. Both stop at 17:45 but do record when triggered.
By coincidence I noticed the stop of recording since I was checking an event of someone taking pictures of houses through the street at 19:00 (preparing something?).. but the recording was not there. Then I searched on 25 Feb. as this was the last software update and ‘17:45’ and end up in this thread. To me: 100% update related and hope this gets a quick-fix (or roll-back).
HB3 update just a moment ago we’ll wait and see what it does …
All the issues people are having is with the app this is third update on app and none of them have been working all causing issues all across the world with security cameras
Hb3 update killed my indoor c220. Moved to router and working but moving back to hb3 kills it again.
Problem, will detect and track but will not record. No issues prior to hb3 update.
It looks like they finally resolved this 24/7 recording issue for me with the recent Homebase 3 software version 3.6.6.0.
