!!! Be aware the home base 3 does not record 24/7. !!!
Is anybody having issues with the home base 3 not recording 24/7. Mine stops recording at 5:47 pm everyday and starts again at 12am the next day. I have attempted contacted Eufy several times but cannot seam to get a person on the phone to try to resolve this serous issue.

Not show is the homebase 3 that records, it only stores the videos

Not sure I understand, are you saying it records continously from 12am until 5.47pm and then stops for the day? Or are you saying no recording triggered between 5.47pm and midnight?

No recording from 5:47pm until midnight everyday.

I purchased a 2k doorbell and homebase 2 kit, so many issues, then after a couple of weeks of no progress, got a homebase 3. The same issues I had still exist and more. Been 5 weeks with Anker/eufy supposedly trying to fix it.
They always make it sound like “you’re the only one with the problem”, so keep reporting it to support. Let’s get these things doing what they advertise they they do
