HomeBase 3 Suddenly Not Sending Notifications and Not Recording - In April 2025, I purchased from Eufy.com: 1 Homebase 3 + 1TB Hard Drive, 4 eufyCam S330, 1 video doorbell c31, 6 entry sensors, and 3 smart locks C34. I soon after installed and connected all these devices to Homebase 3. For approximately 3 months everything worked well; I received motion notifications and could review recordings. NOW, as of September 2025, I no longer get motion notifications and recordings. Everything else works fine BUT motion notifications and recordings. I changed motion settings, activity zones, restarted all the devices BUT the problem still persists. So I did my research to fix this and read on Eufy Community from 2023 that this is a KNOWN issue; however, I did not find a permanent solution for the problem. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS as this is a serious security issue for my home and also because I spent alot of money and time with this security system.

How about restarting the home base, did you try that?
Unplug the power adapter and remove the ethernet cable if you’re using one, then wait 10 minutes and plug it back in and wait for it to boot up.

Update:
So I highly believe that the original problem has to do with the AI software because after disabling “AI Empowerment” on Homebase 3 for the doorbell camera, the system started sending camera notifications and recordings for all cameras without further issues. Now it’s been working fine for a week. Fingers crossed!

AI probably had a glitch / hiccup.
Have you tried turning the AI back on to see if all will still work properly?
