Has anyone’s homebase 3 stopped recording events since the last update. For 3 days now I have no recordings or events!
No . Which version are you on?

Same version as yours. And same subversion.
Same versions as the below screenshot.
I’m on the same version but luckily it works for me in the UK
I updated The homebase and it is also not recording anymore… ![]()
All my c210 stops recording to homebase hdd since update. Eufy support not acknowledging that’s homebase firmware update is the cause. A lot of folks on c200 series are seeing the issue.
Eufy don’t even reply. Can’t trust buying anything else from Eufy now. At least an acknowledgement of an update or something to fix it.
If it’s any consolation, I’ve been struggling to recall footage from my Homebase 2 for a few weeks now. The issue seems very intermittent. Nothing has changed on my network and the system has worked flawlessly for the last 2 years.
No
Yes, no recordings for 2 days now. Only at 6:30am when I get in my truck, but nothing after that. 6 cameras
I have 4 c210 and all have stopped recording since firmware update to HB3 on April 2nd
looks like I got mine working again, I went to each camera and then general and then wifi connection, in there was listed a multi bridge setting that showed a eufy said with a red exclamation mark, I clicked it and after about 10 seconds it prompts to ask the password for my wifi, once I added that it seems to have started working on 1, I have now done same to other 3 c210 and will see if they start to work now when activity is detected
Looks like your solution worked. I also connected both of my C220 cameras directly to the WiFi and I’m seeing events now. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the Anker support team for 2 weeks now and I think they’re just as confused as most of us but still haven’t acknowledged there’s an issue with the last firmware update.
John. Per another user if you go into each camera setting and connect them directly to your WiFi they’ll start recording again. This worked for me.
I was having a lot of issues in the past with making sure that everything is recording and it catches the stuff that I really wanted to catch. One thing is probably the main thing if it’s not recording first you have to check the base to make sure that the bass is actually not full from data unless you added an internal hard drive. I had multiple with the cameras not recording and then recording. With that and what I did with resolved my issue was I made sure it was fully charged and then after I make sure there’s fully charged I went to the setting where I tested the motion on the camera to see if the motion sensor was actually able to work which it did. But after a full charge and clearing the data I just took a Samsung 2 TB external hard drive and archived it and then deleted the all the data because I had it on my external hard drive already.
We unplugged and plugged back in
Hi Rob…yes they do work on wifi but after a while they connect back to the Homebase.
