Homebase 3 no longer recording events or continues

Hi,

My homebase is no longer recording events from my cameras (E330 and S330). The notifications of my sensors and doors are still visible. But no recordings from any of my camera’s.

Settings in the app have not changed and ive double checked they are correct.

Steps ive taken:

  • Checked all settings → are all correct, and have not changed over the last many months (motion , continues recording, connection to Homebase)
  • Checked for latest frimware for camera’s and homebase → all up to date
  • Formated the drive → did not help
  • Restarted & unplugging the devices for few min → did not help
  • Set the motion detection to “all” and sensitivity to 5 → this made the camera (E330) start recording again but then i get notifications every min that there is motion detected. I only want to get a notification if a human is detected. THen i set the motion back to humans only and all recording stopped.

Im lost what to do now, all help is welcome.

Not sure if you checked in the Smart tab section where you have mode settings for cameras in the Home and Away options.
Make sure settings haven’t changed in there.

Check that and is correct as it should be.

I cleared the case of the drive. This has fixed. The issue partly. Now it recording events again. But continues recording is still not working…

Could be a faulty hard drive. Can you try a new or different drive?
