Homebase 3 not recording without notifications

Hi all. I’ve recently installed Homebase 3 with 4x S3 Pro cameras.

The problem I have is that they won’t record events with notifications turned off.

Specifically when I go to Smart → Device Control (Homebase 3) → Home/Away settings, for any camera if I have Recording and Notification checked, the events record normally however I get endless notifications.

If I have Recording checked and Notification unchecked, the cameras completely stop any event recordings. I have 0 events for days trying this.

What is going wrong here?

Hi, I’ve noticed that also, and I don’t have a HomeBase.
It’s strange that it works like that, it doesn’t make sense?? Maybe eufy doesn’t know?

If you put the cameras on snooze you won’t receive notifications but it will still record. It’s not permanent you need to choose a duration of time.
