Starting the setup of my Eufy system that I purchased today… Followed all the steps in the app and run into the wall at the point that the Homebase is trying to connect to my app.
At that point, the homebase asks me to “reset” the homebase and try again.
Tried to set this up with an iPad connected to the same satellite of the ORBI system, but this also fails… I’m at the point that I will repack the equipment and bring it back to the store
