Homebase3 impossible change into wifi mode

i tray many way: restart, reset, restart wifi, disconnect all
but there isn’t a way to change to wifi from ethernet mode
im very disappointed

with home base 2 all work great I really want send home base 3 back :frowning: :frowning:

any help?
My wifi network works great is an Eero mesh wifi and all device, hub, etc etc works well

Make sure the HomeBase is on the version v3.1.5.1 or above (HomeBase Settings> General> About Device> Check for firmware update)

With the ethernet cable still connected

  • Find the Wi-Fi Connection option (HomeBase Settings> General> About Device>Connection>Wi-Fi Setup)

Pick your homes Wi-Fi and then enter the password for it.
