Could someone please help me understand how to rename a recognised person in the app? For example, if the recognised person shows as Barry in a recent camera event, but it’s actually Fred, how do you tell the app who it really is?
When I click on the round icon and name of the incorrectly tagged person, it asks, “Are these the same person?” When I click X (no) it takes me to a page of ‘recognised faces’ for the incorrectly identified person. When you click on one of them the options are ‘remove name’ and ‘delete’. I don’t want to do either because all of those face shots belong to the same person, the app doesn’t tell you why it’s taken you to this page, and the only option available if you click ‘back’ is to send the video to eufy.
Surely we can just rename the person it ‘thinks’ it is?
