How do I restart home base from my mobile phone?
Once a month the home base goes offline and I need to reboot it
Go to devices tab…. Find homebase and tap the gear icon…. Near the bottom… restart
I would start by addressing the problem. See if you can assign your HomeBase a static IP so it doesn’t drop out all the time.
