I am very new to this eufy camera. Is there a way to increase the recording time? Currently it only records 20 seconds at a time.

Hi, in the Settings page of your battery camera, find Power Manager, then select the Customize Recording, to edit the length of recording you want. Please be aware that it affects the battery usage.

Hello there! It looks like you might be in the app’s setting page. The eufy Security app has settings for both the app and the cameras you have connected. To access the camera settings in the app:

  1. Go to the camera’s page.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the camera.
  3. Then select the Recording Settings.

From there you should be able to adjust clip lengths, adjust recording time and other options to help. :slight_smile:
